Welcome to ElcoListics. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ElcoListics, a trading name of ElcoLynx Pty Ltd.
ElcoListics operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. ElcoListics is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by ElcoListics.
An order is considered accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock limitations, supplier issues, or suspected fraud.
Cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has been accepted or processed.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy and the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may exclude delivery charges, taxes, or other fees unless explicitly stated. The final price payable will be displayed at checkout.
Prices may differ from those offered through other channels or platforms. Promotional pricing is subject to specific terms and availability.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment information and authorise us to charge the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, suppliers, customs processes, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

All content included in the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, software, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to ElcoListics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Services are powered by Shopify. However, all sales and transactions are conducted directly between you and ElcoListics.
Shopify is not responsible for sales, fulfilment, warranties, or disputes related to purchases from ElcoListics. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from transactions with ElcoListics.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including POPIA.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
