We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ElcoListics. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or defective:

  • Software, licenses, or digital products
  • Clearance or special-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or negligence

Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Return shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our side (incorrect or faulty item), return shipping costs will be covered by ElcoListics
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
